Who this policy covers
FundedProtocol processes data needed to operate its website, subscription service and Telegram access. This policy applies to website and bot registration, checkout and account administration. Updated 4 October 2026.
Information we collect
We collect your email, password hash, trader profile, experience, disclaimer acceptance, consent version and text, server timestamps and connecting IP where available. Telegram linking records your Telegram user ID and the username or country-prefixed phone number you choose to verify. Telegram does not provide a user's connecting IP to the bot. We also retain payment references, subscription dates and administration events. We do not receive your wallet private keys or full card details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, administer subscriptions, verify payments, restrict access to one Telegram account, send service messages, prevent abuse and maintain consent and transaction evidence. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
Redis/Upstash stores account and service records. Vercel hosts the application. Telegram processes bot interactions and group membership. NOWPayments processes crypto checkout and payment status. Resend may deliver service emails. Each provider has its own policies and may process data outside your country.
Storage and security
Passwords are stored as hashes. Access controls protect account and administration endpoints. You must protect your password, device and Telegram account. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Financial, consent and access records are retained as necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable obligations; this app does not currently automate record deletion.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information through the FundedProtocol administrator in your verified Telegram group or service bot. Identity verification may be required. Records required for outstanding subscriptions, disputes or applicable obligations may need to be retained. The site uses browser storage for login and app functionality; logging out removes the local login credentials.
Advertising
Advertising is currently disabled. If enabled later, advertisements will appear only on the public homepage. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads. We will update this notice and provide the applicable consent controls before activation. Account, registration, checkout and admin pages will not contain advertisements. Google explains its data use at Google advertising policies.
Updates
We may update this policy as our service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website or service channels. This service is intended for adults.
